Where is our data stored and processed?

What SLA do you offer?
Every Enterprise plan includes a 4-business-hour support response commitment as standard. Uptime targets and any support-response SLA beyond that are written into your contract and tailored to your team's needs.
How do we complete a security review or vendor questionnaire?
Our security page documents our current posture in detail (SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 are in progress). For vendor questionnaires or to request our SOC 2 progress report under NDA, contact [email protected].
How long does procurement typically take?
Most Enterprise deals close in 2–4 weeks once security review starts — faster if your legal team already has an MSA/DPA template ready. We work directly with your procurement team on MSAs, DPAs, and SOWs, and can move as fast as your process allows.

What happens if the AI mistranslates a technical or legal term?
Every job gets a 0–100 quality score based on terminology consistency and completeness. On Enterprise, your team can require human sign-off before any file is marked final — nothing ships until the reviewer you designate approves it.
